Welcome to Our Home

A Place Called Home for 36 Abandoned Children

Nestled in a peaceful area of Mityana, our home is exactly that—a home, not an institution. Here, children find safety, love, and the chance to just be kids. Every room, every meal, every prayer is shared as one family.

Life at the Home

A Typical Day in Our Home

From morning prayers to evening homework, every day is filled with love, learning, and laughter.

6:30

Morning Prayers

We start each day with devotion, singing, and prayer led by Pastor Leon. A spiritual foundation for the day ahead.

7:30

Breakfast Together

Porridge, tea, and bread. Children eat as one family, sharing stories and preparing for school.

8:30

Off to School

Children head to local schools. Uniforms clean, bags packed. Education is our priority.

13:00

Lunch Time

Hot, nutritious meal. Posho, beans, vegetables, and sometimes meat. Food is love.

16:00

Homework & Study

After school, children gather in the study area. Older ones help younger ones.

18:00

Playtime

Football, jump rope, or just running around. Every child deserves to play.

19:00

Dinner

Evening meal together. We share highs and lows of the day. Gratitude circle.

20:30

Evening Prayers

We end the day with worship and prayer. Thanking God for another day together.

21:00

Bedtime

Clean, safe beds. House parents tuck everyone in. Sweet dreams.

A Glimpse Inside Our Home

See the spaces where children eat, study, play, and grow. Every corner is filled with love.

Sleeping Room

Our current sleeping area is limited. Several children share beds, and we urgently need support to provide safer, more comfortable spaces.

Girls' Dormitory

A cramped, crowded room where girls often share beds and space is limited.

Dining Hall

A modest dining area where the children eat together. We are praying for better tables and seating so every child can dine comfortably.

Study Corner

Quiet space with good light for homework.

Playground

Simple but safe. Swings, a ball, and space to run.

Prayer Corner

A quiet space for devotion. Our spiritual heart.
